In addition to all the Virtual Training, support, and manager coaching we visit your store for a week once a month

In addition to all the Virtual Training, support, and manager coaching we visit your store for a week twice a year

Contract renewal is every 12 months. On-boarding fee due upon contract signing and monthly fee due 30 days after program start and every 30 days after.  Either party can cancel anytime with a 30 day written notice. Upon cancellation your monthly fees will be prorated based on day of the month. On-boarding fee is not refundable. Due to the fluctuations in travel costs and the numerous areas of travel, in-store membership cost does not include coaches reimbursement for lodging or travel for in-store visits which is billed separately and due in full the final day of their visit. Current average cost is $150 / day for lodging and $400 for travel but this will vary based on store’s location and seasonality.
